Employer: American Kono Group, Washington, USA
Deadline: Bid documents, bid fee and Performance Deposit shall be timely received by 18:00 pm, July 31, 2017, Pacific Time, USA.
Duration: Service shall be performed from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.
Services:
1) Contractor provides helicopter services for the missions in the recovery of Defense Prisoners of War / Missing in Action in Cambodia.
2) Any other flight activities in relation to the above missions.
Requirements:
1) Two (2) helicopters will be required to perform the contract under task orders issued under the contract.
2) The helicopter must have a minimum range of 125 km and return without refueling.
3) The helicopter must have the capability to carry a cargo capacity of 400kg plus.
4) The helicopter must be capable to land at 3,100 meters above sea level.
5) The helicopter Contractor must have the capability to carry up to twelve (12) passengers in multiple airframes.
Applicable Helicopters:
1) Great Hawk H-780 Multi-Mission Helicopter.
2) Great Hawk H-500 Multi-Mission Helicopter.
3) Eurocopter EC130 Helicopter
4) Eurocopter AS350 B3 Helicopter
5) Other helicopter/s with similar capacity
List of Bid Requirements:
1) Bidder’s Corporate Profile
2) Bidder’s Flight License in Cambodia
3) At least two (2) qualified helicopters for the above-listed missions
4) No safety accident/s in the past 3 years
5) Refundable Performance Deposit equals to 10% of the bid value which shall be wired to the Principal, and the wire record shall be submitted with bidding document via email.
a) If a bid is awarded, the Performance Deposit will be refunded to the Winning Bidder / Contractor as soon as the contract is properly completed with an interest of 3% per annum.
b) If a bid does not win, the Performance Deposit will be refunded to the Bidder within 7 days after the contract is duly-signed by the Employer and the Winning Bidder / Contractor.
6) Bid Fee: US$200.00, non-refundable, which must be paid online prior to the deadline.
